It's 7 pm, and you just got home from a long day of work, followed by a great workout in the gym. At this point, you are so beat from the day that all you feel like doing is taking off your shoes and checking out the new Daredevil series, but then you remember you had to eat something.
You check the fridge, only to realize that everything requires the one thing you don’t have — energy to cook. But what if it were as simple as ordering meals online and having them shipped to your door? If that sounds like a dream, then Eat Clean Bro is the meal delivery service you’ll want to try.
What is Eat Clean Bro?
You may have heard of meal delivery services like Home Chef and Factor, but Eat Clean Bro is a rising up-and-comer. Launched in 2013 with the goal of making clean eating simple, accessible, and delicious, the company has grown to offer nationwide shipping. It’s also available in select retailers in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Eat Clean Bro meals take just two to three minutes to warm up in the microwave and cater to a variety of dietary needs. Whether you’re looking for gluten-free, high-protein, low-carb, or vegetarian options, they’ve got you covered.
My Thoughts
I had the chance to try a few meals, including The Frankie Edgar, Pepper Steak Stir Fry, General Bro’s Chicken, Bourbon Chicken, Bro-BQ Crack, and Cilantro Lime Shrimp.

Of all the meals I sampled, my favorite was the Pepper Steak Stir Fry. The sauce had a lot of flavor without being too salty, and I loved that even the rice had seasoning. A close second was the Bourbon Chicken, which was equally delicious and came with broccoli to round out a balanced meal.
But the real standout? The portion sizes. Many meal delivery services leave you still feeling hungry after you finish eating — but not this one.
Final Verdict
Eat Clean Bro is hands down the best meal delivery service I’ve tried so far. The meals are quick to prepare, healthier than eating out, taste great right out of the microwave, and, most importantly, leave you full.
That said, keep in mind that the meals are a bit pricey. And if you order The Frankie Edgar or any steak-based dish, be careful not to overcook it — it’s always better to reheat than to dry it out.
Other than that, if you’re looking for a convenient way to eat clean without the hassle of cooking, I highly recommend trying Eat Clean Bro.
