As a fan of all things lemon flavored, I was most excited for the Strawberry Lemonade Filled and the Lemon White Chocolate. And I was even more excited when I realized how amazing they are. I would say that Insomnia understands how make a perfect cookie, even shipped to our door. The flavors burst on your tongue and really are quite vibrant.
I will say that I was shocked at how much I enjoyed the Carrot Cake Filled cookie. There were literal carrot pieces in every bite and the creamy filling was a perfect counterbalance to the carrot flavors. This was like getting to eat an actual carrot cake, but in new way.
As a lemon lover, I have to say that the Lemon White Chocolate was hands down my favorite of the three. It was a magical cookie with a nice tangy zip to it. And of course, that sweetness from the white chocolate was well received and balanced the lemon perfectly. I will never say no to a lemon cookie and that includes a Lemon White Chocolate cookie.
Finally we have the Strawberry Lemonade Filled cookie which was definitely a fun bite. The strawberry jam almost felt like a surprise and the tangy zip of citrus worked well with the strawberry and white chocolate in this one as well. I think this is a lot of flavor in every bite and it just works. Also can I just way that this is such a pretty cookie!
I don't think you can go wrong with Insomnia Cookies. And these Spring flavors are sweet addition to your seasonal snacking. The fact that they get delivered to your door is just a bonus.
