Protein is the star of today’s snack scene, popping up in everything from bars and shakes to muffins and even pizza. But some classics never go out of style—like popcorn.

Enter Khloe Kardashian, who’s giving this timeless snack a protein-packed twist with her brand-new launch: Khloud Protein Popcorn. The first product from her Khloud Foods brand, the protein popcorn, comes in three flavors: Olive Oil and Sea Salt, White Cheddar, and Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn. While she may be new to snacks, she's not new to running a successful business.

Popcorn has always been one of my favorite snacks, so I was thrilled to receive a sample, especially since it comes from a Kardashian, part of one of the most famous families in the world!

Branded as “the good stuff, no fluff,” each flavor packs 7 grams of protein without the artificial ingredients or chalky taste so common in other functional snacks. With every serving, you’ll get your daily dose of snackable protein thanks to Khloud Dust™, their unique blend of milk protein isolate. Plus, Khloud Protein Popcorn is made without seed oils and is completely gluten-free. Air-popped kernels, a drizzle of rich olive oil, and a sprinkle of sea salt come together in the Olive Oil & Sea Salt flavor, creating the perfect balance of flavor and fuel.

This variety has a delightfully light, clean taste that makes it clear you’re snacking on something healthy. Sweet and Salty Kettle Corn delivers a sweet-and-savory experience, with each air-popped kernel coated in a crave-worthy blend of cane sugar, sea salt, and milk protein for the perfect crunchy bite. White Cheddar is lightly yet distinctly cheesy, offering a mild flavor that’s perfect for satisfying a craving for something salty. It was my favorite of the three.

While Khloud Popcorn has its strengths, it didn’t quite stand out for me. If I were shopping for popcorn, I’d likely reach for another brand first, as I personally prefer a bolder flavor—even if it means sacrificing a bit of the health factor.

Khloud Popcorn can be purchased at Target Nationwide, Thrive Market, Sprouts, and GoPuff
