Maggiano's launches its new menu featuring gourmet ingredients and elevated flavors

When it comes to enjoying a nice Italian dinner without spending too much, Maggiano's is one of the best options. And now, the popular restaurant wants to ensure that your date night, celebration, or any occasion in between is extra tasty with its latest menu launch.

Not long ago, Maggiano's announced a new menu curated by Chef Anthony Amoroso and a team of executive chefs. The lineup was created to offer a more elevated experience, featuring gourmet ingredients such as aged Pecorino Romano and Wagyu beef from Silver River Farms.

Now available nationwide, the new menu includes the following:

  • "The Grand" Chicken Parmesan:
  • Wagyu Beef Meatballs
  • Wagyu Beef Shells
  • Lasagna
  • "The Finest" Fettuccine Alfredo

"These new menu offerings present a fresh take on Italian-American cuisine, blending tradition with contemporary craftsmanship to bring bold, unforgettable flavors to our guests across the country - an experience that is uniquely Maggiano's," said Dominique Bertolone, President of Maggiano's in a press release.

During a recent visit to the restaurant, I had the opportunity to try both the Wagyu Beef Meatballs and the Wagyu Beef Shells. While I didn’t find the meatballs particularly special, I was a big fan of the Wagyu Beef Shells. They feature a spicy tomato cream sauce, which I thoroughly enjoyed — especially as a spicy food enthusiast.

That said, one dish I wish I had tried was "The Grand" Chicken Parmesan. Not only is this one of my favorite Italian dishes, but it also looks like the best option when you look at the photos.

If you visit Maggiano's, I highly recommend trying the new menu. Also, if you're a Calamari fan, order their version of it — along with the lemon cookies.
