Is there anything better than a trip to Popeyes for some fresh fried chicken and an order of their seasoned fries? How about saving some money when you make that trip to the fast food restaurant? I know I love saving on some of my favorite foods.
Just in time for Memorial Day and Memorial Day Weekend, Popeyes is making sure that their fans can save some green on one of their more popular menu items: the Chicken Sandwich. Considering there was an entire Chicken Sandwich War amongst the fast food chains, it makes perfect sense that when it comes to offering a deal to their customers, they are going with the Chicken Sandwich.
So what exactly is the deal and how long do you have to take advantage of the offer?
Popeyes is offering a Memorial Day deal on their chicken sandwiches now through May 26
From May 19 through the 26th, Popeyes customers can grab two of their Chicken Sandwiches for just $8. This makes each sandwich just $4, which is a savings of over $1 (my local restaurant has the Classic Chicken Sandwich on the menu for $5.49) per sandwich. This is perfect for fans of the sandwich who want to save on something they already enjoy.
Not only can you choose the Classic Chicken Sandwich, but on the Popeyes deals page, they also mention that you can pick the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, as well as the Ghost Pepper option. The only thing that is not part of this deal is cheese and bacon.
In order to take advantage of this offer, you will need to place your order either online or through the Popeyes app, so that is something to take note of if you are planning to save on your meal at Popeyes. (I noticed when I tried to order online that I had to go through the deal posted in order to get the savings, so make sure you pay attention to your cart total.)
