Blue Apron collaborates with Dan Pashman to create a limited edition Pasta Pizza Meal Kit

We love Blue Apron. We love how easy they make it to create amazing meals at home. And we also love the fact that we can try new things and meals that we might never have considered in the past.

As part of a limited edition meal kit that fans of Blue Apron can order until April 2, they have partnered with Chef Dan Pashman to give us all a meal inspired by the chef's cookbook, Anything's Pastable. The meal in question is a Pasta Pizza!

What exactly is a Pasta Pizza? Well it is literally pizza made with a past base. It is an epic combination that we had the chance to try for ourselves and it was amazing.

Not only are we able to create a Detroit inspired pizza, but the pasta base adds a whole new element of fun to the meal. The toppings for the pizza portion of the dish include a hot honey and sopressa, which adds so much flavor to the meal that you will be wondering why you have never done this before. And there is also the makings for a salad to go along with the Pasta Pizza, adding a hint of freshness to the meal that is hard to resist.

I think anytime we can try something new with Blue Apron, it is a good week. And this is one of those not to be missed meal kits that home cooks will love. This is something different and it is something that we might never have tried without this meal kit.

Honestly, this is a great introduction to Dan Pashman's cookbook and it definitely has inspired us to order a copy for ourselves. Of course, this is also a great reminder to all of us to keep track of what Blue Apron is doing so that we can always enjoy these unique meal kits.
