Pink Lemonade. A drink that feels like it is either loved or hated by people, depending on who you ask. While some prefer the traditional lemonade or strawberry, others enjoy the sweet but tart mix that captures the essence of pink lemonade. And Burger King is here to reward those that are fans of it.

Available now, in celebration of the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards, is a new Frozen Pink Lemonade drink. And with it coming during the final stages of summer, it appears it will be a great thirst quencher for the end of summer heat.

"This marks the fifth year in a row that we've partnered with Paramount and MTV, and the first time we're introducing a product inspired by the VMAs - our new Frozen Pink Lemonade," said Pat O'Toole, Chief Marketing Officer for Burger King North America in a press release.

Now, as we lead up to the days of the VMAs, which take place on September 11, there are a few different promotions that you can take advantage of. If you live in the NYC area, you can head to Domino Park on September 8 for a VMAs Block Party that will feature the new frozen beverage. It will also be available at the actual VMAs for those who attend.

That said, this seems like another unique innovation that is worth trying from the company. During the summer, we have seen the BK Firery Menu, a birthday cake slice, and a Frozen Cotton Candy drink. And now we have a chance to balance our sweet and sour with a Frozen Pink Lemonade.

Will you be heading to Burger King to try this new concoction? Are you excited for the upcoming VMA awards? Although I would prefer strawberry more, I will certainly be checking this one out.
