Carnation brings back their Kickin' Jalapeño Flavored Evaporated Milk for all your spicy milk needs

It’s for mac and cheese, but I guess you could put it in your coffee, too? I don’t know, what are we doing here.

Have you ever been sipping on your coffee and thought, “boy, I wish this was way spicier?” Well, if so, then Carnation has just the product for you: Kickin' Jalapeño Flavored Evaporated Milk. And now, after selling out twice, the spicy milk product is coming back one more time, just in time for National Mac and Cheese Day.

"At Carnation, we've always known that the secret to making grandma's mac and cheese so rich and creamy is none other than our Carnation Evaporated Milk. Not only is evaporated milk grandma's favorite, but America's too, as mac and cheese is the number one usage occasion for evaporated milk1," said Meghan Bhatia, senior manager of brand marketing at Carnation via a press release provided to Guilty Eats. "Now everyone from spicy superfans to mac and cheese connoisseurs could score a Mac it Better kit to take their homemade mac and cheese to the next level with the limited-edition Carnation Kickin' Jalapeño Flavored Evaporated Milk."

So yeah, you probably don’t want to put this in your coffee, but you do want to put this in your mac and cheese. That’s why Carnation teamed up with Tik Tok mac and cheese queen Tini Younger to develop a kit to make mac and cheese with the Carnation Kickin' Jalapeño Flavored Evaporated Milk. The final time the kit will be available is July 14, 2024 (aka National Mac and Cheese Day), at 1pm ET. The kit is pretty simple: it’s a can Carnation Kickin' Jalapeño Flavored Evaporated Milk, a can of regular evaporated milk, and a $25 gift card to purchase the rest of the ingredients (macaroni, etc).

Given the first two drops each sold out in less than a minute, you might want to sign up at carnationmilk.com/MacandCheeseDay ASAP and keep refreshing that page on July 14. Otherwise, you’ll have to make to due with - gross - buying jalapeños yourself or something.
