Crumbl channels an ice cream favorite for new cookie for the week of May 13-18

Every Sunday, we eagerly anticipate the arrival of the latest menu of cookies from Crumbl. And this week was no exception.

Thanks to Mini Mondays, we know we can try the newest flavor of cookie without overcommitting. Which is great because sometimes different flavors don’t work for us. However, we have to say for the week of May 13 to the 18th, there are some delicious cookie flavors on the menu at Crumbl. And this includes their newest flavor, which is definitely channeling one of our favorite flavors of summer.

For May 13 to 18, the newest edition to the menu is a Pistachio Gelato featuring Muddy Bites cookie. There is a lot going on with this new cookie and it’s one we can’t wait to try. That is because this is described by Crumbl cookies as, “a buttery cookie filled with pistachio gelato-inspired filling, chopped pistachio pieces, and topped with a Muddy Bites waffle cone treat.” This definitely sounds like a delicious cookie and we can’t wait to give it a try. And not only that, unlike Cold Stone Creamery's flavor, it includes real pistachios.

Crumbl is ready for summer with the cookie menu for May 13-18

• Pistachio Gelato featuring Muddy Bites Cookie (new)
• French Toast Cookie - This cookie definitely has its own following, and the fact that it is a square certainly helps. For this cookie, we get another buttery cookie that’s been topped with an egg wash, cinnamon, and of course buttercream. It’s then finished with a drizzle of syrup and a sprinkling of powdered sugar. It’s everything we expect from French toast and more.
• Sea Salt Toffee Cookie - This cookie features both toffee and milk chocolate chips before getting a topping of sea salt. Honestly, this cookie seems simple but is packed with flavor. Sometimes simplicity is the best.
• Peanut Butter Cookies & Cream - This is another cookie that’s a mix of two flavors. In this case, we get peanut butter and chocolate in a cookie that is then loaded with bits of cookies and cream. This is a special cook and it’s one that we’re pretty excited to try since we’ve never had it before.
• Wedding Cake Cookie - Another returning favorite, this is a “warm vanilla bean sugar cookie topped with an elegant swirl of vanilla and raspberry cream cheese frosting, and a light crunch of white chocolate pearls.” This is the kind of cookie we would expect to see at an actual wedding, and it’s truly an elegant cookie. The fact that it tastes good too, is an added bonus.
• Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk - Finally, we have our classic chocolate chunk cookie that features a sprinkle of sea salt on top. This is a go-to for people who love their chocolate chip cookies a little bit elevated.

We love the originality of the Crumbl menu, and we love the fact that they are always rotating flavors to bring people back. The fact is that we love when our favorite cookie hits the menu and we also like to try something new to see if we can find a new favorite. In this case, we are excited to give the new pistachio gelato cookie a try.
