Digiorno has somehow Frankensteined Crispy and Stuffed Crust pizza

It might not quite be at the level of “you got your chocolate in my peanut butter,” but those maniacs over at Digiorno have created a delicious monstrosity of their own: new Thin & Crispy STUFFED Crust Pizza, which is somehow both crispy and gooey at the same time. Move over, Dr. Frankenstein! There’s a new mad genius in town.

"As the reigning experts in pizza crust, we pride ourselves on offering the best and most innovative pizzas to our loyal fans and ultimate 'za lovers," said Kimberly Holowiak, Senior Brand Manager for DIGIORNO, via a press release provided to Guilty Eats. "With the continued rise in thin crust as a top crust choice amongst consumers and the ongoing love of cheese, our culinary team wanted to combine the goodness of both to create a new innovation that delivers a crisp crunch with melty cheese that comes straight from your oven."

Here’s the info on the three different pizzas being offered:

• DIGIORNO Thin & Crispy STUFFED Crust Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza is loaded generously with meaty goodness spread from side to side.
• DIGIORNO Thin & Crispy STUFFED Crust Margherita Pizza is covered in vibrantly-colored diced Roma tomatoes and basil and topped with a blend of mozzarella, parmesan, romano and asiago cheeses.
• DIGIORNO Thin & Crispy STUFFED Crust Pepperoni Pizza features fan favorite Mike's Hot Honey to give the perfect mash-up of sweet and spicy – each box comes with a packet to pour on top.

While the first two varieties are currently available in stores nationwide, the third – the one with Mike’s Hot Honey – won’t be available until June. Spoiler, you can get our own Mike’s Hot Honey and put it on pizza whenever you want, sorry for blowing up Digiorno’s spot here.

What’s next, now that they’ve conquered the impossible “crispy yet gooey?” mountain? Deep dish pizza that’s also thin??? The mind reels.
