Dynamite Shrimp From SeaPak is a perfect addition to any meal
On Christmas Eve, I often celebrate the Feast of the Seven Fishes. And even if we don't go all out with seven different seafood dishes, we do still make our Christmas Eve dinner all about the fish. Sometimes we want something different on the table, and luckily for us that is where SeaPak comes into the picture.
Recently, SeaPak released a new frozen shrimp offering that is inspired by a restaurant favorite. The new flavor is their Dynamite Shrimp, which is a popcorn style shrimp that comes in a creamy chili sauce.
SeaPak's new Dynamite Shrimp is a spicy dish that makes your taste buds sing
We had the chance to try this new Dynamite Shrimp for ourselves and we immediately decided that this was a must for the holidays and beyond. This is a flavorful shrimp dish that makes a perfect addition to Christmas Eve dinner or just an average weeknight.
The chili sauce adds a nice kick without being overly spicy. And while you can make this in a conventional oven, they also have an option for the air fryer on the box, which is what we did. What I found was, if you make this in an air fryer their is a crispiness to the breading that works perfectly with the creamy sauce. It didn't really get soggy and yet it also seemed to hold the sauce well.
This was our first time really trying SeaPak since the only frozen food item from them we had ever tried before was their Beer Battered Cod, which has always been a great choice for making fish sandwiches at home. (If you ever want to try and make an at-home version of a fast food fish sandwich, their Beer Battered Cod is the way to go for an elevated experience.)
After trying their Dynamite Shrimp, we think we will need to try more of the seafood from SeaPak. In fact, we have already started a shopping list of products we want to try next, which includes their new Southern Style Jumbo Shrimp, the Shrimp Scampi, the Beer Battered Cheese & Crab Poppers, and even the Calamari!
