When it comes to getting enough water into our diets, it can be a challenge. And when you are someone who is active, it is even more important to stay hydrated properly. While there are a lot of ways to get the proper hydration from water, some of us are picky. Luckily we have Essentia Hydroboost to turn to.

Essentia Hydroboost is what the brand calls "an enhanced water beverage." This is water that has been taken to the next level with electrolytes and three delicious flavors to choose from.

Unlike normal water, Essentia has basically supercharged their Hydroboost water by making sure that it has 30 times more electrolytes than the leading premium brands. Each bottle comes with 30 miligrams of Magnesium, which is good for our health and well-being. And with no sugar added, you don't have to sacrifice flavor while you sip.

Essentia Hydroboost gives us a hydration boost that tastes good

I had the chance to try all three flavors of the Essentia Hydroboost: Lemon Lime, Peach Mango, and Raspberry Pomegranate. And while all three flavors are a win, the Peach Mango was a shocking favorite. Usually I am partial to anything lemon flavored, but in this case I think that Peach Mango was such a refreshing change of pace that it was a go-to favorite.

The nice thing about Essentia Hydroboost is that it really does work to refresh and hydrate us after a workout or intense activity. It can be a challenge to find tasty water that also does what we want it to do in terms of hydration and yet Essentia seems to understand what we need and want and they make it happen in every bottle.

Personally, I can't wait to see if Essentia Hydroboost expands their lineup of flavors. And hopefully if they do, they are just as tasty and refreshing as the current three are.

Have you tried Essentia Hydroboost yet? Are you a fan of flavored water or do you prefer non-flavored water when you are looking for a hydration boost?
