Okay, bad puns aside, Fritos is partnering up with the upcoming movie Twisters this summer to unleash a “twist-er” of its own – hey, that pun belongs to Fritos, that wasn’t me!

From the shape of the chips to the many twists of flavors Fritos is known for, there couldn’t be a better snack to accompany the release of this movie! But it's not going to be easy getting your taste buds in on this adventure.

Directed by Lee Isaac Chung, Twisters follows friends Kate and Javi as they set out to test a new, possibly storm-tracking system. This new invention has the potential of being groundbreaking, that is, if it’s successful! While on their quest, Kate meets Tyler Owens, a charming yet obnoxious (and oh so reckless) social media superstar. Tyler’s priority is getting good content to share with his followers on social media, and his favorite videos to do are of him chasing storms. Not at the top of Tyler’s priorities? Safety! But that is all about to change as a mega-twister storm is approaching. 

Twisters is in theaters on Friday, July 19. And the perfect snack to accompany the big feature? Fritos has the perfect one to spice things up. This isn’t the first time Fritos collabs with another Frito-Lay favorite, but it is the first time Fritos goes rogue to blend two flavors: Flavor Twists Flamin Hot and Flavor Twists Ranch.
