Home Chef teamed up with Ambitious Kitchen to deliver some limited edition meals

Home Chef and Ambitious Kitchen come together to give us an exciting and delicious collab of limited edition meals

We had the chance to try two of these collaborative meals and I admit that they were so good that I can't wait to make them again with these recipe cards. While I may have to do the shopping myself next time, with these recipe cards I can recreate the magic whenever I want.

The two meals I had the chance to try were the Chicken & Caramelized Onion Pasta Bake with Spinach and Parmesan, as well as the Sheet Pan Spiced Chicken with Sweet Potatoes and Cauliflower. Both meals were relatively easy to make, with the sheet pan spiced chicken dish being the easiest meal I have ever had delivered to my door.

There is something about taking chicken and elevating it that I love and that is what these two meals did. It took chicken and made it a next level protein. While I was worried about how each of these meals would turn out, they were both winners and would make a perfect date night dinner or even just a great choice for a Monday night (and we all know what Mondays can be like).

I love Home Chef for the fact that they help us get creative in the kitchen without having to worry about actually doing the meal planning or shopping. We can try new meals and decide for ourselves what works for us. And if you find yourself loving a dish, the recipe cards make it easy to recreate these meals in the future without a lot of stress.

And when it comes to collaborations, we love when the meals end up being just as delicious as they sound. This collab with Ambitious Kitchen is a winner all around based on the two dishes we tried at least. Perhaps my only disappointment is that I didn't get to try the Greek-Style Turkey Meatballs with lemon orzo & creamy feta yogurt sauce as well.

We can't wait to see what Home Chef has in store for us next, especially if it means another collab that brings a punch of flavor for our taste buds.
