IHOP unveils their sweetest pancake of the month flavor yet with May's White Chocolate Raspberry

For the month of May, a lot is happening. We have Mother's Day, the Kentucky Derby, and so much more. But the thing we're the most excited for? IHOP's Pancake of the Month, White Chocolate Raspberry.

Since introducing the Pancake of the Month earlier this year, IHOP has kept us coming back for more with unique pancake stacks that are only around for a single month before being pulled from the menu. It is a chance to try something new, while also convincing us that we need to make a trip to IHOP at least once a month.

So for the month of May, IHOP is celebrating our sweet tooth with a stack of White Chocolate Raspberry pancakes. And if your mom has a sweet tooth too, then you absolutely need to take her to IHOP and treat her to May's Pancake of the Month.

The White Chocolate Raspberry pancakes start with four, classic buttermilk pancakes filled with white chocolate chips. Then the stack is slathered with a raspberry topping (usually raspberry pieces in a syrup of raspberry) and a drizzle of cream cheese-flavored icing. Finally, they complete the stack with whipped cream on top for the perfect finish to this sweet treat.

If this sounds like a decadent stack of pancakes, then you are not wrong! This is the epitome of decadence. And if you don't want to eat this much sweetness for breakfast, why not snag a stack for dessert instead?
