IHOP unveils the pancake of the month for March

On February 1, IHOP decided that they were going to be offering a pancake flavor of the month for their customers, every month in 2024 (and perhaps even beyond this year). And that means that every month, we are getting a new flavor to fall in love with. And just in time for March, their newest pancake of the month is perfect for St. Patrick's Day.

Starting on March 1 and running though the end of the month, pancake lovers will be able to head to the closest IHOP to get their hands on their new Girl Scout Thin Mints Pancakes! That's right, they are going green for March and they are doing it with another one of our favorite treats.

You can never go wrong with Girl Scout Cookies and we love when brands take the flavors we already love and incorporate them into some of our other favorites. In this case, we are getting a stack of pancakes that we can't wait to get our hands on.

The IHOP pancake of the month for March is Girl Scout Thin Mints Pancakes

According to the press email we received about the March pancakes of the month, fans will be getting, "four green buttermilk pancakes topped with creamy cheesecake mousse, Girl Scout Thin Mints® pieces, and whipped topping!"

While the pancakes themselves are dyed green, they will still be the classic buttermilk flavor we all know and love. This means that the Thin Mints flavor won't be too overpowering, which we love.

I am so excited for these pancakes and although I haven't been to an IHOP in a while, the March pancake of the month might just have me planning a trip for breakfast or maybe even breakfast for dinner.
