Insomnia Cookies will make you feel lucky with new collections

Originally created in a Philadelphia dorm room, Insomnia Cookies is no small potatoes now. The brand has amassed over 200 locations and is known for kicking your late-night craving.

That's why I had to share the latest coming from Insomnia Cookies. As a PA native, I'm always happy to celebrate and show some love to companies that started in PA.

For March, the brand is thinking much bigger than its native Pennsylvania, though. There is an entire St. Patrick's Day collection to enjoy. This collection was released on March 12th and will be available until March 25th. During that time, you can enjoy the Irish Potato cookie which is a nod to Philly's Irish Potato Candy which is a snickerdoodle base with cream cheese chip and coconut flakes.

That's not the only thing we're getting for St. Patty's Day, though. You can also get your very own Pot O' Gold Dipper which comes in Lil' Dipper and Big Dipper. The Lil' Dipper features a dozen mini cookies with buttercream or cream cheese icing to dip them in while the Big Dipper features four classic cookies with icing for dipping.

Insomnia Cookies isn't just celebrating St. Patrick's Day this year.

Aside from St. Patty's Day, Insomnia Cookies also recently shared its collection for Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire. Even though the film doesn't release until March 22nd, you can get a taste of what Insomnia is cooking up for it. First up are the Slime Puft Cookies n' Cream Classic which is a green like Slimer cookies and creme cookie with marshmallows like the Stay Puft man.

You can also get a Frozen Empire Dipper which is a box of 4 classic cookies along with a scoop of ice cream and your choice of topping. All in all, that sounds like a sweet way to end your night. Don't sleep on these though as the Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire collection will only be around until March 31st.

Thankfully, Insomnia Cookies was kind enough to send me the Irish Potato Cookie, the Slime Puft Cookies n' Cream cookie and a Pot O' Gold Lil' Dipper to try. While I enjoyed all three of them, my favorite had to be the Slime Puft Cookies n' Crea cookie. It reminded me of chocolate marshmallow ice cream in the best way. Plus it was incredibly soft and warm so there was no way I wasn't going to like it.
