Burger King might be the home of the Whopper, but that is not the only thing they are known for. After all, they are one of the few fast food chains we can head to for an order of onion rings. Plus, they have long had the iconic Original Chicken Sandwich, which was always a must have with cheese added.

However, as things get more and more expensive, we are always on the hunt for the best deals and ways we can enjoy some of our favorites without breaking the bank. Luckily for us, places like Burger King understand that we are trying to save money. And what better way to do that than with a meal deal.

In this case, the deal you may be looking for from Burger King is their new Duo Deal.

What is the Burger King Duo Deal?

If you are looking for a delicious deal that satisfies your hunger without breaking the bank then you need to check out the Burger King Duo Deal. This is a $5 deal that allows you to mix or match two different sandwiches of your choice from a list of available sandwiches.

According to their online menu, the Duo Deal is your "Choice of Two Whopper Jr. Sandwiches, BK Royal Crispy Wrap, Spicy BK Royal Crispy Wrap, or Honey Mustard BK Royal Crispy Wrap."

That's right fellow Burger King fans, you can mix or match a $5 dollar deal that includes a Whooper Jr. And not only that, but you can also snag any one of their new Royal Crispy Wraps. If you have not yet tried one of these chicken wraps, this is a great way to try them. And of course, if you already know you love them, then this is a nice way to save a little bit on two of them.

At my local Burger King, the menu price of the Whopper Jr. is $3.19, which means snagging two of them as part of the Duo Deal is already a savings of $1.38. That alone makes the Duo Deal worth grabbing if you are choosing two Whopper Jr. sandwiches as your choice.

But what is the price of those Royal Crispy Wraps? At my local Burger King we are looking at $2.99 each for the wraps, no matter which flavor you choose. That means if you chose two wraps (of any flavor) you would be spending $5.98 for two without the Duo Deal. It may be just a $0.98 savings, but it is still a savings and that is what matters.

As far as deals go, your best bet is to snag the Duo Deal if you are already a fan of the Royal Crispy Wraps and buying two. Or if you are planning on getting a Whopper Jr. and a wrap, it is still a win.

Basically, if you want a deal, then this Duo Deal from Burger King might just be worth it, especially if you were already planning a trip to the fast food giant for lunch or dinner. This may not be the greatest deal Burger King has ever offered, but it is definitely one we can get behind to save a little money and enjoy sandwiches we already love.

What do you think fellow fast food fans? Do you think this deal is worth it?
