Jack In The Box national burger day deal gets you a free Jumbo Jack

Today is National Burger Day, aka the one day a year we all eat hamburgers. The other 364 days of the year? Salad, and that’s it. So with that in mind, you’re going to want to hit up your local fast-food chain to chow down on a burger while you still can. Basically, today is like The Purge, but for burgers. For one day, all burgers are legal.

Good thing, then, Jack in the Box has an awesome burger deal for you, today only (that would be May 28, 2024, in case you’re reading this in the future). The deal is pretty simple: get a free Jumbo Jack with a minimum $1 purchase at the chain.

Okay, fine, there’s one additional caveat for this… You can order in person, but in order (sorry for the double use of the word order [triple now]) to take advantage of the deal, you need to sign up for the Jack Pack Rewards Program, which you can do in the Jack in the Box app, or online at jackinthebox.com. Then you can redeem your free Jumbo Jack deal at another time. The good news is that if you’re a current rewards member or a new rewards member… It doesn’t matter. All are equal in the eyes of Jack, the great CEO of the company.

In case you’re curious what’s in a Jumbo Jack before you hit up Jack in the Box, well, let me tell you: it’s a beef patty, two slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, ketchup and mayo, all served on a bun. You can also add mustard, buttermilk ranch or “good good sauce,” add extra ketchup, mayo, pickles or cheese, and get rid of the rest of the items if you want – including the patty.
