It wasn't that long ago that KFC finally bent to public pressure and brought back their fan favorite KFC Wraps. The wraps, which are made from the brand's iconic fried chicken were a massive hit and it didn't take long for the options to expand.
However, it would seem that wasn't enough to satisfy the rabid demand that KFC has seen for their wraps. What is KFC to do? What any fast food chain does when it discovers they have a hit on their hands. You give the public more of what they want.
And that is exactly what KFC is doing with their announcement of two brand new flavors of KFC Wraps as well as a returning promotion that should prove to be incredibly popular with the KFC faithful.
There are now five different varieties of KFC Wraps available to try.
For the uninitiated among you, a KFC Wrap includes an Extra Crispy Fried Chicken Tender on a soft tortilla. It's what's also on there that makes each Wrap unique.
There is the Classic Chicken Wrap which adds pickles and mayo. Then there is the Spicy Slaw Chicken Wrap which invites KFC coleslaw, a spicy sauce and pickles to the party. Introduced last November is the Mac and Cheese Chicken Wrap which includes mac and cheese as well as a three-cheese blend.
The new additions include the Spicy Mac and Cheese Chicken Wrap which adds a spicy mayo to the original Mac and Cheese Wrap and finally the Honey BBQ Chicken Wrap. This one adds a honey BBQ sauce as well as mayo and pickles.
To celebrate the new wraps, they are being added to the returning 2 Wraps for $5 promotion. That means you can pick any two of KFC's five wraps and get them for just five bucks. And if you are a KFC account holder, they're just going to give you one, free, through the app.
All in all, there is no excuse to not try one of these wraps. They have a flavor to please just about anybody and at 2 for $5, that's a deal that's hard to beat.
