Krispy Kreme has a little love for your mom with new “Minis for Mom” collection
Do you have enough room in your heart for your mom, and also for doughnuts? Krispy Kreme is making the decision a little easier with their new Minis for Mom collection. Now, you can love your mother and doughnuts, without choosing one of the other!
“You love your mom, and your mom would love to spend time with you. Our Minis for Mom Collection is a sweet way to create mini moments with your mom this Mother’s Day,” said Dave Skena, Global Chief Brand Officer for Krispy Kreme, via a press release provided to Guilty Eats.
Not only does the 16-count Minis for Mom Collection include four mini Original Glazed doughnuts, it has three entirely new doughnuts, as well. Per Krispy Kreme’s release, they are:
NEW Mini Strawberry Iced Heart Doughnut – a Mini Original Glazed® doughnut hand-dipped in strawberry icing and decorated with a white sprinkled heart.
NEW Mini Iced Rose Doughnut – a Mini Original Glazed® doughnut hand-dipped in bright teal icing and decorated with a buttercreme rose.
NEW Mini Chocolate Cookie Crumble Doughnut made with OREO® – a Mini Original Glazed® doughnut hand-dipped in chocolate icing and crushed OREO® cookies, and decorated with colorful daisy sprinkles and a chocolate buttercreme dollop.
These all sound delicious, but I’ll fully admit I read “Iced Rose Doughnut” as “Iced Rosé Doughnut” and was like “Okay, Krispy Kreme, getting a little frisky for Mother’s Day, I like where your head is at!” Turns out this is not a limited edition alcoholic doughnut, it’s just a lovely little doughnut with a nice rose on it for Mommy.
As mentioned, this collection is only available for a limited time – but you will be able to grab one on Mother’s Day, May 12, 2024, while supplies last, in Krispy Kreme stores only. That said, there’s also a mini 8-pack of the three new flavors that will be delivered daily to select retailers.
Now, don’t mind me, just going to pour Rosé on an Original Glazed doughnut to see what happens. For Mom. Obviously.
