Goat cheese might just be one of our favorite additions to any wine and cheese set up. And if you can add it to a charcuterie board, that just makes things even better. As we head into the holiday season, it is time to find new products to fall in love with.

Over the summer, we were introduced to Laura Chenel. This is a Sonoma, CA based cheese brand that offers a variety of elevated cheeses that are perfect for a wide variety of occasions. The first cheese we had the chance to try from the brand was their new Pear, Wine & Rosemary Goat Cheese and it didn't even make it a day in this house.

Whether it was paired with water crackers, Club Crackers, apple and pear slices, or even small meats like prosciutto or pepperoni, this cheese was a next level snacking experience. This is the kind of cheese that elevates any occasion. And not only that, but it actually works in a cooking application as well.

Goat cheese is not everyone's cup of tea (if you will), but it can be such a versatile cheese, as seen in the fact that not only does Laura Chenel offer the Pear, Wine & Rosemary flavor, but the brand also offers a Kalamata Olive Goat Cheese Log, a Cranberry flavor, and even a Black Truffle version.

While we did not get to try all of these flavors, we did also get to try the Original flavor as well. And that was just as delicious as the Pear, Wine & Rosemary offering. In fact, this was such a perfect option if you want to try some of those viral TikTok trends, such as the goat cheese and tomato pasta dish.

Personally, I found this brand to be such a surprise in terms of just how flavorful the goat cheese was. And I would absolutely stock up on these cheeses for any holiday gatherings and events. In fact, this would even be included in any number of recipes and snacks, just to add that little something extra to the day.

Laura Chenel knows how to do goat cheese, and we can't wait to try every one of these flavors and make an entire cheese and meat spread with them.
