Have you heard of Max the Meat Guy on social media? Are you a fan of seasoning mixes perfect for all your grilling needs? Then you might be interested in learning more about the partnership between McCormick Grill Mates and Max Greb (aka the Meat Guy).

This lineup of three different seasoning mixes work great together or separately, with one being a base seasoning, one being a build seasoning mix, and finally the third bottle is the finish seasoning. Of course, you don't have to combine them to make magic happen with your meats and veggies, but it is definitely a great way to really pack a punch this summer.

In case you were wondering about the seasoning mixes themselves, the Base Seasoning is the Max's All Purpose Seasoning, which is black pepper and garlic. For the Build Seasoning, we have Max's Xtra Coarse Seasoning Mix, which is a blend of mustard, dill seed, and coriander. Finally we have the Finish Seasoning, which is Max's Chimichurri Seasoning, which is red pepper, oregano, and Sichuan pepper blended together.

Max the Meat Guy and McCormick Grill Mates are helping to bring the flavor for summer grilling

We had the opportunity to try these Grill Mates seasonings for ourselves and it was amazing how much flavor they brought to the table. While each mix can be used on its own, we wanted to try all three together as well, and we are so glad we did. The mix of all three seasoning blends added to chicken that was going on the grill was a brilliant option that really elevated the meat.

On top of using these seasoning mixes on chicken, we also tried it on vegetables we were sautéing. The combination of flavors added a vibrancy to the veggies that perfectly paired with more than just chicken. In fact, we paired seasoned veggies with a marinated pork loin to great success. It really feels like these seasonings helped to elevate the dish, even with only using them on the veggies.

When it comes to summer grilling, you might be looking for ways to shake things up. And what better way to do that than with some amazing seasonings? We love McCormick Grill Mates, as they are always high quality and flavorful seasonings, and we are really excited to have these in our cooking arsenal.
