Simply Spiked Limeade is hitting stores now. But between Signature Limeade, Cherry Limeade, Passion Fruit Limeade and Blackberry Limeade, which one is worthy, and which will give you scurvy?

3. Signature Limeade

I was expecting the Signature Limeade to be the best, and it was… Not. Which you could probably figure out with it being ranked three out of four. I love a good limeade, and it might be that the acrid sweetness of the stevia soured the whole thing, but ultimately it just wasn’t pleasant to drink, which is exactly what you want out of these sorts of beverages.

I mean, any beverages, really, but specifically with this sort of more casual alcoholic beverage, you’re supposed to sip it while hanging in the backyard at a barbecue. It’s supposed to be a nice thing to sip on a Summer day. This made me think too much about what I was drinking, and not in an “oh, what a complicated palette” so much as “why did they ruin limeade?” sort of way.
