Sonic breakfast menu: Menu items, when available, and more (April 2024)

Sonic is a restaurant chain probably best known for being a sort of retro drive-in, and having an array of delicious (non-alcoholic) drinks. But did you know that Sonic also has breakfast? It’s true!

While you may not want to take the kids and park for an extended period of time, it is the perfect place to snag some grub first thing in the morning. With that in mind, here’s what you need to know about the Sonic breakfast menu, as of April 1, 2024.

Does Sonic have a breakfast menu?

Sure does! It’s nowhere near as extensive as the rest of the menu, Sonic breakfast is broken up into three categories: National Breakfast Entrees; Local Breakfast Favorites; and Coffee. We’ll get to the specific items in a second.

Can you order the breakfast menu all day at Sonic? When is the breakfast menu available at Sonic?

Yep! Breakfast is all day and all night at Sonic. As long as your local Sonic is open, the breakfast menu is available. You’ll have to check your local Sonic for exact hours, but for example here in New York hours vary from 11am-4am in one location; and 9am to 12am in another.

Point being, there are no set hours for a Sonic Drive-In nationally, so you’ll have to check before you pull up in the middle of the night hankering for some eggs.

What is Sonic’s breakfast menu (as of April 1, 2024)?

This is where things get a little tricky, since, as mentioned earlier, there’s a section for “Local Breakfast Favorites.” However, we’ll break down the National Breakfast Entrees, the Coffee, and then some of the more regional specialities, below.

French Toast Sticks (570 calories) - Four French toast sticks, with maple syrup for dipping.

Bacon Breakfast Toaster (480 calories) - Bacon, eggs, and cheese on Texas Toast.

Sausage Breakfast Toaster (580 calories) - Sausage, egg, and cheese on Texas Toast.

Bacon Breakfast Burrito (470 calories) - Bacon, egg, shredded cheddar cheese in a tortilla.

Sausage Breakfast Burrito (490 calories) - Sausage, egg, shredded cheddar cheese in a tortilla.

SuperSONIC Breakfast Burrito (590 calories) - Eggs, tots, shredded cheddar cheese, tomato, jalapeño, diced onions, sausage in a tortilla.

Ultimate Meat & Cheese Breakfast Burrito (820 calories) - Eggs, zesty cheese sauce, bacon, tots, shredded cheddar cheese, sausage in a tortilla.

Jr. Bacon, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Burrito (270 calories) - Bacon, egg, shredded cheddar cheese in a tortilla.

Jr. Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Burrito (280 calories) - Sausage, egg, shredded cheddar cheese in a tortilla.

Sonic Drive-In Breakfast Menu, Coffee:

Original Cold Brew Iced Coffee (230 calories) - Cold Brew Iced Coffee poured over ice and sweet cream.

French Vanilla Cold Brew Iced Coffee (260 calories) - Cold Brew Iced Coffee poured over ice, sweet cream, and French vanilla flavor.

Coffee (0 calories) - Just coffee! That’s it.
