Those sweet rumors are true: Peanut Butter and Jelly M&M's are real!

On social media, rumors have been running rampant of Peanut Butter & Jelly M&M's being the next sweet innovation from MARS. And now we know the truth! These M&M's are real.

According to the press email we received here at Guilty Eats, for the first time since 2022 we have a new flavor of M&M's coming our way later this year.

"This is the first-ever PB&J flavor from the iconic brand AND the first new flavor innovation since 2022. The delicious addition features berry flavored bite-sized chocolate treats with a deliciously smooth peanut butter center that will transport fans to the good old days of PB&Js. "

M&M's is finally giving us those rumored Peanut Butter and Jelly flavored chocolate candies

As fans of all things sweet, we were pretty excited when we originally saw the online rumors of a PB&J flavored M&M's candy. The more classic peanut butter M&M's are some of our favorites, especially in the minis. So it stands to reason that by adding in the jelly, you are just going to get an even better treat.

Peanut butter and chocolate work so well together. And peanut butter and jelly is a match made in foodie kitchens everywhere. So it just makes sense to combine all three of these flavors into one delicious bite.

While I would love to see the Peanut Butter & Jelly M&M's in a mini size, that is perhaps the only thing I don't expect to see hit the market. At this point, they are releasing these new M&M's in both the shareable size and the single size, but if this does well, maybe they will branch out for fans. And if it does drop in a mini size, I am stocking up and adding them to every ice cream sundae ever made in this house.

So when can we expect to see this flavor hit stores? Well we will have to wait until December to start indulging in this nostalgic combination of flavors.
