Rao's Homemade made a delicious appearance at the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade 2024

There are certain traditions that we look forward to every year. And one of those traditions falls on Thanksgiving Day. While some might think it revolves around the food, it is actually the joy of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. We love getting to see the amazing floats and balloons that bring this parade to life.

For the 2024 Macy's Thanksgiving Parade, one float we were truly excited to see was the "Pasta Knight" from Rao's Homemade. Not only do we love that Rao's Homemade actually took part in the parade, but the float is truly iconic. It was one of six new floats debuting this year and it was definitely perfect for the foodies out there looking for something to watch out for during the parade.

According to Biz Bash, a spokesperson for the brand explained why they decided to launch a float in this year's parade. Rao's Homemade took part in an effort to "reach more consumers, drive broad awareness, and inspire trial" of the brand's products.

The Pasta Knight float had a knight defeating a fire breathing dragon. The idea being that the knight is there to slay our hunger with plenty of pasta and sauce. And we love that.

There is no denying that this float is legendary. It is definitely one that we won't be forgetting any time soon. And we love that Rao's Homemade went all out for their very first appearance at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Now we just hope that they decide to come back for more in 2025.

Perhaps they can take the idea of the Pasta Knight to a whole new level next year and we can see an entire royal court with the knight.
