We are always excited for Sunday evening when Crumbl drops their latest rotating menu. And for the week of January 6 through the 11th, we were excited to see that there is a brand new non-cookie treat joining the menu, even if the rest of the menu is all about returning fan favorites. That being said, we love when they introduce new cookies as well, so we really hope that we get some new cookies in January.
For the newest addition to their rotating menu, Crumbl is giving us a Salted Caramel Cheesecake. If you have tried any of their cheesecakes and enjoyed them, this might be an exciting addition to the menu. So how exactly does Crumbl describe this non-cookie treat? According to the description on their Instagram account, this is "a caramel cheesecake baked over a buttery graham cracker crust, then topped with a drizzle of caramel, a sprinkle of sea salt, and a dollop of whipped cream."
The new cheesecake sounds delicious and we are excited to give it a try this week. But what are the cookies on the menu for January 6-11?
Here's the Crumbl menu for the week of January 6-11
- Salted Caramel Cheesecake -
- Mallow Sandwich Cookie Featuring Oreo - This cookie is a chocolate lovers delight. It has a creamy center between two chocolate cookies. There are pieces of brownie mixed into that cream center and the chocolate cookies are made with Oreo pieces. It’s a lot of creaminess and chocolatey goodness. It’s definitely a fan favorite. And we love that they brought it back to kick off 2025.
- Galaxy Brownie Cookie - If you like brownies, then this cookie is for you as this is a brownie cookie that is coated in a glaze of fudge. And to give it that galaxy look, it has a sprinkling of rainbow colored candy pieces. If it reminds you of a specific sweet treat, you are not alone (and you are not wrong).
- Confetti Milkshake Cookie - If you enjoy a sugar cookie with a little bit of something extra, then this one’s for you. This is a sugar cookie that has confetti throughout. It’s rolled in sprinkles and topped with a buttercream that’s flavored like a classic cake. It also gets finished with whipped cream on top to really cement that idea of a milkshake inspired treat.
- Snickerdoodle Cookie - This is another classic cookie flavor. For the Crumbl version of this classic cookie we actually start with a vanilla sugar cookie that is rolled in a cinnamon sugar mix. It’s all about keeping things simple but delicious.
- Skillet Cookie - This is a fun cookie. It’s actually one of their chocolate chip cookies that’s topped with a mousse flavored like vanilla bean. It gets a drizzle of chocolate over the top and it’s served nice and warm. It’s definitely ooey, gooey and delicious. We really enjoy this cookie as an elevated take on their biweekly classic.
- Blueberry Muffin Cookie - For this cookie, Crumbl is giving us "a warm blueberry cookie smothered in a buttery glaze and topped with a delightful crunch of blueberry muffin streusel." This cookie feels decadent, while also being a fun way to get a classic treat.
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk Cookie - This is a classic cookie that gets elevated with that dash of coarse salt on top.
This is an interesting week at Crumbl, as we are definitely getting a nice variety of flavors. And we really love the new cheesecake addition as well. (That being said, we really want to see new cookie flavors on the menu and we really want more citrus flavors.)
However, we will never say no to some of these classic cookie offerings. But what do you say fellow Guilty Eaters, will you be heading to Crumbl this week?
