There is no denying that ballpark food has definitely improved over the years. While there is nothing quite like a hotdog or a pretzel while watching the game, either with a soda or a beer, that is not to say that we don't love all of the fancier offerings we can now find in parks such as Citi Field in Queens, NY.

So what do the New York Mets and Citi Field have in store for food lovers in 2025? According to a press release from Aramark, we are in for a treat when we watch the Mets aim for another post season appearance. Not only do we have new food to be on the lookout for, but there is also a drink to quench your thirst with.

What's on the menu at Citi Field as the New York Mets aim for another run at the post season in 2025?

Up first we have the newest beverage offering, the Queens Quencher. Mets blue is in full effect with this drink, which will be available at all of the bars in the ballpark. According to the description of the Queens Quencher, we are getting, "Reyka Vodka, Fruitful® Blue Raspberry, lemonade, and a garnish of lemon and blueberries." This sounds like a must try drink and one we can't wait to get our hands on this summer.

If you are a vegan heading to Citi Field this season, you may want to head to Vegan City in the park where you will be able to find the new “Pulled” BBQ Jackfruit. This dish gives us a coleslaw topped jackfruit that has been "barbecue braised." All of this will be on a vegan pretzel style bun. It is a perfect ballpark option for anyone looking to skip the meat this year.

Finally we have the Fiesta Burger. This is is on the menu at Adam Richman’s Burger Hall of Fame, and will only be around in April and May. But if you are in the park in either of these months, we highly recommend making a stop to try this burger, as we are talking about, "a 6-ounce taco spiced Pat LaFrieda burger patty topped with chipotle crema, Mexican cheese blend, spicy guacamole, tortilla chips, and roasted salsa on a pan de agua roll."

And that's not even all of the new food we can find at Citi Field. Check out a sneak peek at some of the other new offerings in the Instagram post from the ballpark itself below:

Maybe it is me, but Citi Field is definitely spicing things up in 2025. And we love that they are giving us both a new drink and two new food items to try as we watch the Mets bring the heat back to Queens. Are you ready for some baseball?
