If you're craving seafood that’s a step up from Red Lobster but more affordable than a high-end local spot, Bonefish Grill might be your perfect middle ground.
To elevate the dining experience, Bonefish has rolled out a new lineup of chef-curated dishes.
Bonefish Grill introduces new chef-inspired menu items
The updated menu includes a variety of new entrees crafted by the culinary team, such as Parker’s Margarita Sea Bass, Bourbon-Glazed Salmon, Pan-Seared Ahi Tuna, Horseradish Butter-Topped Filet Mignon and Cherry Tomato Shrimp Linguine.
Alongside these additions, some classic favorites are making a return with a twist. Returning dishes include Saucy Shrimp, Blackened Chicken Egg Rolls, and Au Gratin Potatoes. Fans of the Bonefish House Salad will be happy to know it’s returning to its original dressing recipe, which was a favorite among regulars.
The menu refresh doesn’t stop there. A few current items have been upgraded with enhanced ingredients and preparations. Lily’s Chicken now features a new lemon butter sauce, the Bone-In Fontina Pork Chop boasts richer ingredients, and the Blackened Baja Fish Tacos come with improved toppings and a cilantro lime sauce.
"We developed this exciting new menu based on feedback from both our guests and team members," said Bonefish Grill Executive Chef, said Jeremy Lett in a press release. "It combines culinary expertise and a cocktail forward experience but also brings back some guest favorites."
I haven’t visited a Bonefish Grill in over a year, but with all these new and upgraded options, I’ll definitely be heading back soon. As more restaurants begin revamping their menus, Bonefish Grill’s chef-curated approach sets a high bar.
If you’re ready to explore the new and revamped options listed above, it might be time to revisit Bonefish Grill.
