How often do you grab lunch, go to happy hour or watch a game with friends? Is there one location that is always your favorite hangout? For Buffalo Wild Wings fans, the Blazin’ Rewards customer loyalty program thanks those loyal customers.
Buffalo Wild Wings has a strong fan base. The award winning wings bring guests back time and again. Whether watching a game with friends or a casual dinner with the family, Buffalo Wild Wings is a popular fast casual restaurant. The company wants to recognize its loyal customers with a new reward program.
After trying the loyalty program at select locations, Buffalo Wild Wings officially launched the Blazin’ Reward program at all its locations. Presently, Blazin’ Rewards has registered over two million members throughout the United States. With the nationwide rollout, the membership should increase significantly.
“As the sports fan’s biggest fan, the Blazin’ Rewards loyalty program was designed to thank and continually reward our passionate fans,” said Bob Ruhland, vice president of marketing for Buffalo Wild Wings.

According to Buffalo Wild Wings, loyalty members can earn points for a variety of activities. Through the program app, loyalty members earn 100 points on any purchase of $10 or more. Both dine-in and takeout meals are included. Additionally, bonus points are awarded on every fifth lunch visit. Other point opportunities include checking in via the loyalty program, sharing interests on the app and other special opportunities.
The Rewards Roster offers 44 point redemption choices. Options range from smaller redemptions, like drinks and appetizers, to big point redemptions, like tablegating sampler. To redeem points, simply provide the registered phone number to the server. The redeemed item will be deducted from the bill.
The nationwide rollout of the Blazin’ Rewards loyalty program followed a recent expansion announcement. The new B-Dubs express is a smaller version of the traditional BWW restaurant. Although smaller in size, B-Dubs features the same chicken wings that fans love.
