Bloomsbury Publishing has shared revenues are at a 32-year high and Tom Kerridge’s latest cookbook “Lose Weight for Good” is one of the top reasons why.

It’s all about weight loss around the world. As we learn more about the food we eat and the problems with weight gain, it’s not surprising that more people look for ways to cut down on portion sizes without sacrificing taste and excitement in their meals.

TV chef Tom Kerridge understands that people want to enjoy their new lifestyles, which is what he offers with “Lose Weight for Good,” which just happens to be one of the reasons for Bloomsbury Publishing’s latest revenue hike.

The UK publishing firm, which also has the publishing rights for the “Harry Potter” franchise and “A Court of Wings and Ruin” by Sara J. Maas, shares that its revenues have taken a 13% hike in the last year. This is an all-time high since the firm was founded 32 years ago.

How is Kerridge partially the reason for this? Well, when his cookbook was released in January (an excellent time for weight loss books) it quickly set the UK record for selling the most copies within a week! Clearly, those who set their New Year resolutions were quick to take up the book offers.

There is certainly more to come for the TV chef. He’ll have a new book out this year, which should be released in December to get ready for next year’s resolution makers. The best thing about Kerridge’s books is that they don’t just focus on a few meals you can make to lose weight, but on the ones you can enjoy putting your health first.
