Kraft Peanut Butter is raising money for SickKids Foundation. There’s just one weekend left to collect #KraftBearHugs.
Kraft Peanut Butter is on a mission to raise money for SickKids Foundation. For every #KraftBearHugs you give, the company will give $1 to the charity. With only one weekend to go, the company has also kicked the campaign up a notch. After receiving 500,000 hugs in the space of 24 hours, Kraft wants to get another 500,000 and will donate an extra $50,000 to the campaign.
This is one of the easiest campaigns that you can get involved in. All you have to do is tweet with the use of #KraftBearHugs in your message and you’ll instantly count towards one of the numbers. Want to do more? Just keep tweeting the hashtag. Each individual mention is included.

You can also use Facebook or Instagram if you prefer. Your Facebook posts will need to be public to count and it won’t work in a group. The official website says you need to tag a loved one on Facebook and Instagram too.

Alternatively, you can just donate directly to SickKids Foundation. This is something some people are doing, annoyed that Kraft is opting for self-promotion with the campaign instead of just donating the money.
So far, 615,187 hugs have been donated to the cause. The ticker is only updated once a day, so this could be far more at the time of writing but we won’t get a chance to see until tomorrow.
The campaign ends on June 4, so this is your last weekend to get tweeting!
