Shake Shack finally brings chicken nuggets, cold brews, and more

When Shake Shack released a cookbook with a Chicken Bites recipe under a section called “Taste of Things to Come,” we eagerly waited for them to come our way. Now the wait is over. As long as you’re in New York.

Shake Shack is finally bringing its Chicken Bites to the menu. These chicken nuggets have been teased for the last year, thanks to the first cookbook from the shake joint. And that’s not all! Cold Brew Floats are also on their way.

Let’s start with the downsides. You can only get these in New York for a limited time, as Shake Shack is testing them out.

As for the pros, the bites are going to be based on the cookbook released. The Chicken Bites were in the second “Taste of Things to Come” and that taste is finally here. You’ll get the Chick’n Bites as a six- or 10-piece order, with Honey Mustard or BBQ sauce to dip.

The new menu item is the first from The Innovation Kitchen, which is part of the new restaurant in West Village. Downstairs has the state-of-the-art kitchen for all new menu developments.

And the Chick’n Bites aren’t the only thing making their way. The Innovation Kitchen will also bring cold brew floats, cold brew matcha lattes, and black sesame milkshakes. And if you’re not interested in the chicken, there’s a Veggie Shack Burger on its way, too.

Over the course of this month, various New York locations will get the new Chick’n Bites. Other parts of the country will then get the chance to test them in October. This is something Shake Shack wants you to love!
