The Grinch is taking over IHOP this holiday. A special menu inspired by the Dr. Seuss character’s upcoming movie is here through the end of December.

There is a new Grinch movie heading our way this season and with it comes a delicious partnership with IHOP. As part of the partnership, the restaurant chain unveiled a new holiday menu that went live on October 29. And according to Delish, there are actually four items that make up this special Dr. Seuss-inspired menu.

However, the most fun menu item is the Grinch’s Green Pancakes, which (you guessed it) are a delightful green color. The pancakes are described as a being a traditional buttermilk flavor that are then topped with green whipped cream, as well as red candy hearts and a sweet cream cheese icing.

But of course, the green pancakes are not the only Grinch-y items on the IHOP menu. There is also a Minty Who Hot Chocolate, a Who-Roast Beast Omelette, and a Whoville Holiday Cheesecake French Toast.

The special hot chocolate continues the green theme with mint syrup, plus more of the green whipped cream and the candy hearts found on the Grinch pancakes. IHOP’s new Who omelette is loaded with shredded beef, cheddar, and Monterrey Jack cheeses, sautéed onions, and jalapeno peppers, plus crispy hash browns. The omelette is then topped with BBQ sauce, cheese, and a Serrano pepper. Finally, there is the french toast dish that is made with two King’s Hawaiian rolls, that are then layered with a filling of cheesecake and topped with whipped cream and raspberries.
