All of our chef’s hard work has boiled down to this. What started off as an army of veteran chefs vs. an army of rookie chefs has been narrowed down to the final two. The finale is here and we will soon learn who is the best. But when is that exactly? When will the Hell’s Kitchen Season 18 finale premiere on FOX?

Following last week’s penultimate episode, which saw a major shock happen. Hell’s Kitchen is scheduled to air its Season 18 finale on Friday, Feb. 8, on FOX.

This will not be any normal finale, however. We are in store for a two-hour special rather than the typical one-hour episode. It will get started at 8:00 pm EST on FOX and will finish up 10:00 pm EST.
