Will there be a Hell’s Kitchen Season 19?

Season 18 of Hell’s Kitchen has now concluded and our winning chef has been decided. So, will there be a Hell’s Kitchen Season 19?

Hell’s Kitchen Season 18 is officially over. The season concluded, at the time of writing, last night on February 8, 2019. It was a fantastic season with plenty of surprises each and every week as rookie chefs went head to head with our veterans. Let’s hope we get just as much excitement when it comes to Season 19, assuming we get one. Will there be a Hell’s Kitchen Season 19?

So, as things stand at the moment. There is officially no Hell’s Kitchen Season 19. Now that doesn’t mean there will not be one; we are just waiting for FOX to make a decision on whether it will renew the series or not

It’s unusual for FOX not to have made a decision yet. When the Season 17 finale of Hell’s Kitchen came around we already knew that Season 18 was a go.

When it comes to the ratings it could really go either way on whether FOX decides to renew or cancel. Comparing the cooking show to other network shows airing at the same time in terms of ratings and it sits in the middle. Hell’s Kitchen performs better than The CW’s Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, but not as well as NBC’s The Blacklist.

In comparison to last year, Season 18 has not done as well as Season 17. With a decline in viewership all across the board. When comparing the series to other non-scripted shows on FOX, it doesn’t look as though the show will be renewed as it sits bottom of the table compared to other FOX non-scripted series.

But, while the ratings make it look as though Hell’s Kitchen Season 19 will never be. Gordon Ramsay seems to know something nobody else knows or he is just very optimistic. As the celebrity chef is already looking for contestants for Season 19. An announcement went out via social media saying they are looking for contestants for the next season of the show. But still no official word from FOX.
