According to the official press release by Wendy’s, the salad features an Italian three-cheese blend consisting of Asiago, Parmesan and Romano cheeses. Chopped romaine lettuce with grape tomatoes are mixed with grilled chicken pieces chopped into cubes with crunchy Parmesan crisps topping it all off.

If you’re interested in what the calorie count is for the new salad, Wendy’s has announced the full-size version clocks in at 410 calories with dry toppings. If you were to add the Caesar Dressing by Marzetti Simply Dressed it would still clock in at less than 500 calories.
