Taco Bell will be testing out new vegetarian menu options in select locations. It will begin on April 4 and it features a wide variety of tasty options.
It was reported at the beginning of the year that Taco Bell was going to offer more vegetarian menu options to customers. As part of their commitments for 2019, they planned to be “easier and better for vegetarians and flexitarians” when visiting one of their fast food restaurants.
Taco Bell is about to begin testing some of their new vegetarian menu items, beginning on Thursday, April 4. Testing will take place in select locations the Dallas, TX, area, according to Business Insider.

Coming to the menu at the fast food restaurants will be, the Vegetarian Crunchwrap Supreme and a Vegetarian Quesarito. Both of them have been granted the American Vegetarian Association-certified. The report also goes on to state how the 7-Layer Burrito will also feature on the menu.

Rather than meat, the Vegetarian Crunchwrap Supreme and the Vegetarian Quesarito will feature black beans. Business Insider has reported that the Vegetarian Crunchwrap Supreme will be available for $3.70 and the Vegetarian Quesarito will be available for $3.05.
As always, take the pricing with a pinch of salt. It is not uncommon for prices to vary from location to location.
How long the new vegetarian menu will be tested out for at the select Taco Bell locations is not clear. So if you live in the area, try one out while you can. Currently, there are no plans to roll out the new menu option nationwide, it will depend on how the test goes on whether they will or not.
