McDonald’s Minute Maid Slushies to be available this Summer in select locations

Summer is here which means it is tie for the cold beverages. McDonald’s has introduced Minute Maid Slushies to the menu to meet the rise in temperature and demand.

It’s time to pack up the winter clothes and pull out the summer gear. Unless you live in Alberta, Canada, you lot unfortunately had several centimetres of snow drop on your heads recently, so we doubt you are going to need the summer gear anytime soon. For those of use who live in normal weather conditions at this time of year, ice cold beverages will be in high demand and you need look no further than McDonald’s with their Minute Maid Slushies.

To be made available throughout the summer. These ice-cold beverages are going to be exactly what you need when the soaring temperatures start to roll in. However, there is a catch.

According to Brand Eating, who first reported the news about the Minute Maid Slushies being introduced to the menu, McDonald’s does not plan to roll them out in every location across the country.

The fast food chains has recently widen their range on who will stock the drink, but even though they have widened their reach, it still only encompasses 10,000 of the stores. According to a survey conducted in 2018, there are approximately 13,905 McDonald’s chains in the US. So, while the Minute Maid Slushies will be available in the vast the majority, there will e the odd store that is not stocking the drink.

Fingers crossed you walk into a store that is selling them when you need one desperately. When that happens, you will have three flavors to choose from:

• Blue Raspberry
• Fruit Punch
• Sweet Peach

Each one will no doubt be just as tasty as the next. Personally, I have my eyes set on the Blue Raspberry. Why? Because t reminds me of good olde traditional Slush Puppies.

With the Minute Maid Slushies being a summer special menu item, they will not be around forever. So, take the chance to try one out while you can. Because even though McDonald’s has served this type of drink before, we have no idea how long it will be until they are back once again.
