Chick-fil-A is America’s new fast food sweetheart
By Kareem Gantt
For the first time in a decade, In-N-Out has been replaced as America’s fast-food sweetheart. Who did it? Chick-fil-A.
Meet America’s newest sweetheart in the fast-food world — Chick-fil-A.
Yep, for the first time in recent memory, In-N-Out, which was previously the apple in the eye of fast-food lovers, was dumped at the altar for the cows who want you to “Eat Mor Chikin.”
The cow’s strategy has worked.
The conformation of Chick-fil-A’s rise to the top of the fast-food Himilayas came courtesy of Market Force, a company that research and study’s customer experience. The management company surveyed just north of 7,600 customers for “satisfaction and loyalty,” and in the end, Chick-fil-A came out on top.

While it may sound like this is a shocking conclusion, Chick-fil-A has long been building toward this moment. It seems as if for the past seven months, Chick-fil-A has top numerous customer service satisfaction surveys, and this is despite long-running criticism lobbied at the chain for its donations to anti-LGBT organizations.
Fast-Food fans don’t seem to mind as long as they can enjoy the fast drive-thru lines and great chicken sandwiches the chain is known for.

All was not lost for In-N-Out, however, as the survey did conclude that it was the top chain for burgers, beating out chains such as Five Guys, McDonald’s, and Burger King. There were a lot more in this report that revealed how American fast-food lovers are leaning toward, and over the weekend, we’ll breakdown the report to save you some time from reading the entire report.
