Happy National S’mores Day! This year, we’re celebrating with Hershey’s S’mores Caddy! Because, what better way to celebrate this classic treat than with a classic favorite like Hershey’s?

Saturday, Aug. 10, is National S’mores Day and boy did we receive the perfect gift from Hershey’s: their very own S’mores Caddy! Inside this very cool tool kit are marshmallows, graham crackers, and, of course, several Hershey’s chocolate bars. What’s your favorite way to enjoy a s’more? Ours is now the Hershey’s way and we may not be able to go back!

S’mores have been enjoyed by millions for many, many years. It’s a must-have treat every summer season. I, however, prefer having these when it’s closer to the fall. Something about chilly weather and sitting outside with some friends and family and s’mores just gives you a warm feeling (literally and figuratively).

Speaking of warmth, watch this very heartwarming video!

With Hershey’s S’Mores Caddy, you don’t need to only celebrate the treat on National S’mores Day, just make every Saturday a #SmoresSaturday! Need some recipe ideas that step out of the norm? Hershey’s sent a few our way for us to share (click on the links to see the recipes):

From the four recipes above, S’mores in a cup is definitely my personal favorite! Just as it sounds, it’s all the s’more goodness in a cup (or small bowl) and you use a graham cracker (or several pieces of it) as your spoon. S’mores are sticky and messy, no way to avoid the stickiness heaven, but if you’re searching for a way to keep the mess in one place, this is the one!

My five-year-old prefers s’mores the old fashioned way, which takes about 20 seconds to prepare on the microwave and are ready right away! The Hershey’s S’mores Caddy has plenty of ingredients to create several versions of this treat. The caddy can be found at your local massive retailer such as Wal-Mart.

Some fun Hershey’s facts to know:

"One piece of a Hershey’s bar is called a “pip” and it takes six pips, or half a bar, to make a traditional s’more.33 million Hershey’s Milk Chocolate 6 packs were sold in 2018, which could mean nearly 400 million s’mores were made."
