Subway’s new Pit-Smoked Brisket Sandwich, Sliders collection, more are here
By Callum Gunn
The brisket sandwich from Subway wasn’t a mean lie. The Pit-Smoked Brisket Sandwich is here, along with other delicious bites.
Remember when we shared that there was a rumor that Subway was bringing a brisket sandwich and some sliders to its menu? Well, the rumors were, thankfully, not a lie. The Pit-Smoked Brisket Sandwich is now available, along with sliders and a treat to finish it all off.
Let’s look at the sandwich first. It turns out this is so good, the good people of Austin, Texas didn’t even realize they were eating a Subway sandwich! The brand opted to disguise itself as “Monty’s Pit-Smoked Brisket” to share the new item on its menu and then later revealed who was really behind it. And it was all positivity surrounding the new sandwich.

The Pit-Smoked Brisket Sandwich is made with slow-smoked brisket (13 hours of smoking), smoked cheddar cheese, and barbecue sauce to top it off. It’s available for a limited time only, although there’s no word on how limited that will be. If it’s going to be anything like Popeyes new spicy chicken sandwich then you’re going to want to grab it right now!
And the announcement isn’t just about the Pit-Smoked Brisket Sandwich now on the Subway menu. Those sliders we talked about are also part of the fall additions. Get your hands on the Little Cheesesteak, Little Turkey, Ham & Jack, or Italian Spice.
