Football season: Best food deals and freebies to celebrate America’s favorite sport

Game Days are back! We’re not only hungry for victory, but for a delicious deal, too! Here are the best food deals to take advantage of!

The season of America’s favorite sport has kicked off. Did you miss out last Sunday? No worries, there are plenty more to come! Whether you are inviting friends and family over to enjoy the game or going out, you don’t want to miss out on several of these food deals.

There are many bars and restaurants to choose from. After all, everyone is celebrating and televisions everywhere will surely play the game at full volume. There’s nothing better than watching with strangers at a bar or restaurant who’ll walk out as new friends when the game is over. Well, that’s if they are cheering for your team, of course.

Here are some of our favorite deals we’ve spotted so far: 

Chili’s Grill & Bar: At Chili’s, not only do they currently have their Crown Apple Crisp as the Margarita of the Month for only $5, but each Sunday they kick off amazing deals for football fans (or just the hungry), too! Valid every Sunday until Dec. 29:

• $5 Titos Bloody Mary’s and 1800 Bloody Maria’s
• $3 large domestic draft beers
• $4 ½ order Texas cheese fries
• $5 boneless and bone-in wings

Chipotle: Now through Sept. 29, Chipotle fans watching the game on Sundays don’t have to leave the house to score a sweet (and tasty) deal! Simply enjoy free delivery on any Chipotle order that’s $10 or more. Order online of through the mobile app.

Applebee’s: On Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays, head on over to your local Applebee’s to take advantage of:

• $6 boneless wings
• $6 spinach dip
• $6 brew pub pretzels
• 2 for $1 draft beers
• Bucket of Beers for $13.99

Select Applebee’s locations will also offer discounted fajitas Monday nights only. Finally, you can order online (Sundays only) until Dec. 29 and enjoy free delivery! Oh yeah, Applebee’s is going all out this season!
