Whether you loved or hated the way HBO’s hit drama series Game of Thrones left us, there’s no denying that it will forever be one of the best shows of all time. From the characters to the impactful and captivating stories, Game of Thrones will be remembered and loved for years to come.

If you have been craving more of the series, Johnnie Walker has just the perfect drink to quench your thirst: A Song of Ice & A Song of Fire whiskies. So if your GoT fever is still burning add Johnnie Walker’s Game of Thrones Whiskies: A Song of Ice & A Song of Fire to your collection.

These drinks were made in collaboration with HBO and named after the original book titles, A Song of Ice and Fire. Check out our review of both the product and drinks, below!

Johnnie Walker’s A Song of Fire is, of course, a nod to House Targaryen. And at 40.8% ABV, it is the strongest of the two drinks (A Song of Ice is just a tad less at 40.2%).

This drink, just as Daenerys Targaryen, has a strong effect and is bolder than A Song of Ice. You’ll want to enjoy this one neat and, despite its smooth finish, it’s not joking with it warns spicy. A Song of Fire doesn’t burn, but does have a longer lasting taste than A Song of Ice. If this is your first, or one of your firsts, whiskies, it’s not one to begin with. The bottle is red, featuring sparks of fire and dark reds, as well as a dragon.

Johnnie Walker’s A Song of Ice bottle features a red-eyed direwolf (that I’m going to go ahead and believe is Ghost). It’s my favorite of the two as I find it is easier to sip (as someone who doesn’t often drink whiskey) and delivers a cold, smooth finish. You’ll also want to enjoy this one cold.

Allow me to quickly praise the design further. HBO and Johnnie Walker spared no expense here. The bottles are breathtakingly beautiful. I didn’t expect anything less from the Johnnie Walker brand, to be honest, but even the work and thought put into designing these two bottles surprised me.

You’ll be wanting to keep these bottles as collectibles. They are perfect for all GoT collectors. With the holiday season just around the corner, this is the best gift you can surprise the Game of Thrones fan in your group of friends or family with.
