It’s officially the season of Pumpkin Spice. And that means that even our favorites have been taken over by the seasonal flavor.
Fall is here and that means it is Pumpkin Spice everything season. And now that October is in full swing, we can’t help but take a moment to appreciate all the yummy goodness that is currently at our disposal.
From seasonal drinks to foods inspired by the flavors of the Fall, there are a lot of options out there for fans of Pumpkin Spice. One company that has gone all out with their seasonal flavors is Lidl, the grocery chain with European origins that first began serving the U.S. in 2017. If ever there was a time to go shopping, this would definitely be it.
Not only does the store have a wide variety of products already, but in honor of the season they have more than 50 food and beverage products inspired by Pumpkin Spice and other seasonal flavors such as salted caramel, apple cinnamon, and more.
Here are some of the most interesting and delicious Pumpkin Spice and Fall inspired offerings on the market. And with most of these available in Lidl stores, as well as other grocery stores across the country, you won’t want to miss out on these innovative treats.
Pumpkin Bratwurst – Available at Lidl stores, Pumpkin Bratwurst is the perfect blend of the German specialty and American tradition. While this may not be for everyone, Brat lovers might just want to give this a try while it is available. And at $3.99 per package, you won’t break the bank trying something new.
Pumpkin Spice Almonds – Another Lidl offering, these limited edition nuts are a must try. If you love almonds and pumpkin spice, this is going to be a palate pleaser in many ways. Having had the chance to try these almonds, they ended up as a favorite in our house. In fact, they were gone almost as soon as the bag was opened because they were just that good. And the fact that a 12 oz bag was just $4.89 make them a steal.
Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew – This new addition to the Starbucks seasonal menu is one that I am obsessed with. Maybe it is the pumpkin cream itself and how frothy and sweet it is, or maybe it’s the deliciousness of the cold brew itself, but this is my new favorite drink of the season. The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is perfection in a cup and it is not to be missed.
Hostess Iced Pumpkin Cupcakes – Hostess fans who love their cupcakes, may not want to miss their limited edition Iced Pumpkin Cupcakes. From the creamy filling on the inside to the layer of icing on top, every bite of these cupcakes is a sweet treat we can’t resist. And the fact that you can only get them in the Fall makes them a seasonal must-have.
Pumpkin Spice Popcorn – Are you a popcorn lover? Are you looking for something less sweet, but that still lets you enjoy the seasonal flavor of pumpkin spice? If the answer to either of these questions is yes, then you will want to pick up a bag of Pumpkin Spice Popcorn from Lidl. This is a classic snack, but it is not sweet. It satisfies a snack craving, while also being the answer to your desire for a seasonal treat without being loaded with sugar.
Pop-Tarts Frosted Pumpkin Pie – As a fan of Pop-Tarts, I am always willing to give their new flavors a try. And this season their Frosted Pumpkin Pie flavor is the ultimate addition to the Fall. This could be a favorite just because of its toasty goodness. And the fact that it really does remind me of warm pumpkin pie is an added bonus that is hard to ignore.
Pumpkin Spice Sweet Potato Popped Chips – Another new release from Lidl, these are for the popped chip lover in us all. These have such a unique flavor that you may not even realize that they are pumpkin spice until you have already finished the entire bag. These ended up being very snackable and sharable (although we sometimes forget to share).
There are so many seasonal foods, drinks, and just treats in general on the market this Fall. And with so many options, you may be looking for something new to try. Hopefully these seven products help you survive the Fall and get ready for the holidays.
