This new Taco Bell burrito has more cheese than necessary and we’ll take 20

Do you like cheese? Do you like burritos? Then clearly Taco Bell had you specifically in mind when it created its latest menu item.

Something wonderful has happened at Taco Bell. And only a select few, geographically lucky people will get to be the first to experience it. They may be the only food lovers who ever get to taste it, for all we know.

Taco Bell is seemingly always testing new items. Because you can do an almost unlimited amount of things with tortillas and the things people typically put inside them, it’s really not that hard to come up with new and creative twists on old favorites. But this one is as cheesy as can be!

The casual fast restaurant chain has really outdone itself this time. Its latest creation involves everyone’s favorite thing: melted cheese. And there just so happens to be a lot of it. More cheese than you have probably ever seen on a burrito you didn’t make yourself.

That’s right: It’s a cheese overload, and we’re not even a little bit mad about it.

Taco Bell’s Grilled Cheese Burrito is even better than its name makes it sound. It does have melted cheese on the inside like a traditional grilled cheese sandwich, in case you were wondering. But that’s not all: It also has melted cheese on the outside of the burrito.

Melted cheese on both the outside and the inside of a burrito sounds like something you might have always wanted but never thought a restaurant would agree to make for you. Well if that’s the case, consider it your lucky day. That is, if you’re a resident of one particular city in America.

Sadly, the Grilled Cheese Burrito won’t be available nationwide…yet. If you’re in Chattanooga, hurry up and grab your dream burrito before it’s gone — and be sure to let Taco Bell know what you think! The more people enjoy this cheesy creation, the more likely it is for it to become available in other markets.

This is just a test, so if enough people dig it, we could see a menu item very similar to this — or this very delight — available on Taco Bell menus across the country in no time at all.

In addition to being covered and filled with melted cheese, this burrito also contains typical items you might find inside other Taco Bell burritos, including beef, rice, tortilla strips, chipotle, and sour cream. You name it!

There. If you weren’t sold yet, you definitely are now. Now go, lucky Tennesseans. Go forth and savor the plethora of cheese. Perhaps one day the rest of us will join you.
