Do you love chicken and waffles? What do you think of chicken and donuts? Well KFC is giving us all a chance to find out what we think for a limited time.

After a successful run in the fall of 2019, it seems that KFC is bringing back their chicken and donuts meals for a limited time. And we are living for this ridiculousness!

Give me chicken and waffles any day. Bring on the chicken and biscuits, because I will eat them up. And now I have chicken and donuts to appreciate?! Yes please!

KFC is giving me all the bad-for-me food vibes I could have ever hoped for and I can’t wait! According to Chew Boom, the chicken and donuts meal options will be arriving nationwide as of Feb. 24 and will only be sticking around until March 16, which means if you want to give this magical mix a try, you have to get to your local KFC as quickly as possible.

Take a piece of KFC’s delectable fried chicken and pair it with a perfectly made glazed donut and you have a real winner (at least in my mind). The meal options range from $5.49 to $7.99, and let you add a glazed donut to any of the chicken meals on the menu, although there are two specific options that give you this combo.

Up first there is the KFC Chicken and Donuts sandwich which is one of their extra crispy chicken filets placed between two glazed donuts. Then there is the Chicken and Donuts basket meal, which gives you one donut and your choice of either a piece of bone-in chicken or two extra crispy tenders.

To celebrate the arrival of this decadent menu offering, KFC will be opening a very special pop up location in Los Angeles called, The Colonel’s (Chicken &) Donut Shop. This pop up will be in the epicenter of all things donut at 615 North La Brea Avenue in LA.

And if you are one of the lucky ones to be the first in line (50 people total), you will be given a special bonus from the fast food restaurant, as they will be gifting those customers with their Colonel’s Dozen – six glazed donuts and six savory tenders.

I don’t know about you, but I am here for this combination. After all, if I am willing to indulge in chicken and waffles with maple syrup, why wouldn’t I try this pairing from KFC?

What do you think of the KFC Chicken and Donuts meal? Will you be giving this food pairing a try for yourself? Tell us what you think in the comments.
