Snooze gives us the ultimate Mardi Gras inspired pancake for National Pancake Day

Snooze is celebrating National Pancake Day in the best way possible – with a Mardi Gras inspired pancake of course! And yes, it sounds as delicious as it looks.

There is magic in the air at Snooze an AM Eatery. Or at the very least, there is pancake magic happening. Feb. 25 is many things, from National Pancake Day to Fat Tuesday, which means that there are a lot of things going on.

And while some restaurants might be celebrating National Pancake Day with special offers, we are here for the fact that Snooze is giving us a King Cake pancake! So what makes this pancake so special? How about the fact that this is not your ordinary buttermilk pancake!

Snooze’s King Cake pancake is a buttermilk pancake that is then topped with a lemon anglaise, sweet cream, blueberry mascarpone, and finally a traditional Mardi Gras colored raw sugar. And you never know what else can happen on Fat Tuesday when you order one of these delicious treats. I don’t know about you, but this sounds amazing. (In fact, I am jealous of everyone who gets to enjoy this pancake on National Pancake Day.)

If ever there was a time to head out to your local Snooze, National Pancake Day would definitely be the time, especially if you want to get your hands on this decadent pancake flavor. This is the ultimate way to not only celebrate Pancake Day, but also to end Mardi Gras with a bang.

We love all things breakfast, especially pancakes, and this definitely sounds like a decadent treat that we would be happy to see on the Snooze menu as a more permanent addition to their line up.
