Everyone loves candy. Some like chocolate, some like something a little more sweet, but everyone has their fave. Take a look at our top 5 favorite candies.

Who doesn’t like candy? Whether you enjoy chocolate, gummies, or hard candy, everyone has a candy that’s their go-to when they need a sweet treat.  But while some candies are only good during certain times of year, such as pumpkin spice or candy canes, others are perfect all year round!

Here are our top 5 candies that are perfect for all occasions.

Reese’s Cup

Reese’s peanut butter cups are a classic for a reason. Not many people would say no to peanut butter and chocolate, and Reese’s is the master of this combination. No one could blame you for binging some peanut butter cups while binge-watching your favorite show.

They’re also perfect for any holiday or, let’s be honest, any day of the week! Good thing Reese’s makes a different shape for just about every occasion. Christmas trees, pumpkins, and eggs, oh my!

Jolly Ranchers

Everyone has a favorite Jolly Rancher flavor, right? Mine is green apple. There is nothing better than the sweet tartness of the hard candy. But other people like watermelon, grape, or god forbid, cherry (I don’t understand y’all!). It’s the perfect candy for when you just need a small treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Sour Patch Kids

Ok, I’m biased. Sour Patch Kids are my favorite candy of all time. I’m a bit addicted to sour candy and have been since I was a kid. These sour gummy kid-shaped candies combine sweet and sour perfectly. The tart gives enough of a punch to make your mouth pucker, but the sweet comes in just in time so you don’t feel like you ate a whole lemon. If you need an extra jolt to study or get through a big project, Sour Patch Kids are the perfect solution.

Who doesn’t love a Snickers? Chocolate, nuts, nougat, and caramel, what’s not to like? These have been my favorite Halloween candy since I started going trick-or-treating at four years old. With the combination of crunchy and creamy, they’re definitely one of the best candy bars out there. And who of us haven’t eaten five mini Snickers in a row and counted it as one bar? Just me? Fine.
